1 package egg roll wraps
1lb thin sliced corned beef
1lb thin sliced Swiss cheese
1 cup sauerkraut
Thousand Island dressing
Cooking oil
First the wraps must be constructed. Put the empty wrap in front of you so it looks like a diamond. Across the middle put 2 slices of meat, 1/2 slice of cheese, a scoop of sauerkraut, and a Dao of dressing. Fold the bottom up to cover ingredients, then fold the sides into the middle, then roll up to the top using a couple drops of water to hold it closed. The amount of ingredients listed above should make roughly 20 wraps. Once all wraps are constructed pour cooking oil into the frying pan and put on medium heat. Once it's warm place a few wraps at a time into the pan. Cook on each side for 2 minutes flipping once. After 4 minutes remove from pan onto a plate lined with paper towels to absorb the extra oil. Serve hot with thousand island dressing or freeze immediately for reheating later.
