Ambrosia

2 blocks cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 cup dried cranberries
1 can (15oz) crushed pineapple drained
1/2 cup flaked coconut
1 cup walnuts or pecans crushed
3 oranges or 1 can mandarins

Cream the cream cheese and powdered sugar together. Continue to whip until it starts to become light and fluffy. Stir in the rest of the ingredients using a spoon. Chill for one hour. Serves 8.
