Cooking With Leftovers: Pork Chop Stew

4-6 pork chops diced (already cooked leftover from dinner chops work great)
4-6 potatoes diced
6 stalks celery include leaves diced
1 cup shredded and diced carrots
1 yellow onion diced
1/2 gallon water
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup cold water
4 chicken bullion cubes
Salt
Pepper
Onion powder
Garlic powder
Green onion (optional garnish)

Put the 1/2 gallon of water into a pot. Add pork chops and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to a simmer while you prepare your vegetables. Mix vegetables, bullion cubes and seasonings to meat and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for one hour. In a separate bowl mix together flour and cold water until smooth and lump free. Remove soup from heat and stir in flour mixture to thicken it up. Use additional salt and pepper to taste. Serves 6.
