1 package bratwurst
Sweet peppers 1 each red, yellow, and orange diced
1/2 onion diced
BBQ sauce
Aluminum foil
Hot dog buns
In a bowl mix together all the diced peppers and onions. Then lay each brat on a square of aluminum foil. Cut entire length of brat. Stuff center with pepper and onion mixture. Top with bbq sauce and wrap in aluminum foil. Bake on 375°F for 25 minutes. Serve on a hot dog bun.
