Baked Meatballs

1lb ground beef
1 cup bread crumbs
2 eggs
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
2 tablespoons minced dried onion
1 tablespoon chives
1 tablespoon basil
1 tablespoon parsley
1 cup beef broth

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x13" baking dish. In a large mixing bowl mix together all ingredients expect the beef broth. Once mixed roll meat into 24 small balls and place in baking dish. Pour beef broth over top of meatballs. Cover dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and serve or freeze immediately. Serves 6+.
